Hi, I’m Mindi. I’m a Life on Purpose coach, an avid amateur runner and a recovering perfectionist. I ran my first half-marathon at 39 and my new body, mind, soul journey began. I coach Christian women to live their best lives through health, wellness and a whole lotta Jesus. I am a certified Health and Life Coach and my heart’s mission is equipping and empowering women to love their bodies, lose weight, get stronger, stress LESS and have more energy. My coaching from Mindi has been eye opening and amazing. I have gained so much energy from learning what the right foods are for me, and listening to my body!
