Hey friends, happy Friyay!
An awesome, share worthy memory popped up on my facebook today...
In the mean time it's now two years later. And every single thing I said remains true. This particular day won't have shopping or pool time instead I'll be rehearsing with a wedding party for the real thing tomorrow - Officiant life♥. Life is still very full. Still very on purpose.
In 2015 some big changes occurred for me. I started a new job after 17 plus years of direct sales. Irina and I founded Pure Grace. Big stuff on purpose. A new purpose filled us, serving and coaching you! Our commitment meant being too busy with busyness was no longer an option. A well lived, full life was. A life full of being a servant, full of love and chaos and real challenges and you.
Is busy still keeping you from purpose? Do you want to trade busy for full? Let us walk with you down the path of Life on Purpose, come along with us to be equipped, encouraged, empowered and engulfed in hope and love!
Today Life on Purpose looked like day two at the new job. It looked like grocery shopping and laundry and laying by the pool for an hour and a chat with Jesus and starting a new blog post and returning voice mails and emails and....
Doing my best to not use the word busy because it's so over used, it doesn't mean anything.
Everyone is busy, right?
I guess the bigger question is busy with what? Or who?
Are we busy with busyness or busy living Life on Purpose?
When we do this, we get a clearer picture of what is good busy aka full and what is busy busy.
Life on Purpose looks like set apart time for God, family, friends, ourselves.
For Pure Grace it also looks like a good book and a great cup of coffee. It looks like sitting in the sun, eyes closed, thanking God for the day, the fresh breeze, the smell of summer.
Life on Purpose looks like a community who cheers one another on and gives high fives and wolf whistles. A community who holds you close when despair has you in it's grips, when the day seems too long. If that sounds like a place you could be down with, welcome home!
God longs for you to come close to Him and the people who love Him. That's us ♥
